Are these handmade?

Our pieces are handmade using only the highest quality materials available. Thought and care is put into each step of the process to create something truly special. Each clay flower is hand sculpted and painted. Once the flower beads are sculpted, the hand mixed paint is applied to give a delicate, realistic look. Then the flowers are combined with Swarovski crystals for the beautiful creations you see in our store. When will I receive my headpiece?

Each piece is made to order especially for you; we don’t have a large stock of pre-made hairpieces. It will take 4 to 6 weeks for creation. Shipping time is not calculated in the 4-6 weeks of production. Once made, pieces ship USPS priority within the US. International shipping is dependent on shipping address. To ensure you receive your order before you need it, plan on purchasing 2 to 3 months ahead of time. If you require your order sooner than this, we can often accommodate rush orders with an additional fee. Please contact us at info@erinrhyne.com before your purchase if you need a rush order to ensure shipping is possible for the piece you are interested in.

How to care for my new hairpiece?

Care instructions come packaged with each piece, but generally are as follows: Remember that these pieces are delicate and require a gentle hand when being manipulated. Don’t store your piece in areas with high humidity or heat, and do not subject it to direct contact with water or hair care products. This can tarnish the metal, potentially damage the clay or make the crystals cloudy. Each piece comes with a velvet bag that is a great storage option.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Within the Continental USA, standard ground shipping with USPS is free. Shipping and customs costs elsewhere are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot mark orders as gifts.

Does Erin Rhyne sell wholesale?

Erin Rhyne does sell wholesale to select retailers. If you are interested in carrying Erin Rhyne products in your store or retail space, please send us an email at info@erinrhyne.com with a bit of information about what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to get back to you.

Returns/Refunds

Because each piece is made specifically for you when you order, Erin Rhyne does not accept returns or give refunds after an order has left our shop. If a piece arrives to you damaged or you’ve received an incorrect shipment, please reach out to us at info@erinrhyne.com.

Are all pieces the same?

Each Erin Rhyne piece is made to order. This results in minute differences between pieces, even of the same design. These will be slight and are part of the wonder of handmade creations.  The piece you receive is truly one of a kind. Paint colors used will always be nearly identical between pieces of similar design, with only minor variation.  Keep in mind that colors can vary between computer screens. Rush Orders

If you need a piece quickly, please reach out to us at info@erinrhyne.com before purchasing. We can often accommodate rush orders with an additional shipping fee.
