So glad you asked! We love handmade, and each accessory is created by hand using nontoxic materials. The flowers are created using a variety of paint, clay, and pretty embellishments. We use a mix of crystals, vintage pieces. Metals are specified in each product description.
Care instructions come packaged with each piece, but generally are as follows: Remember that these pieces are delicate and require a gentle hand when being manipulated. Don’t store your piece in areas with high humidity or heat, and do not subject it to direct contact with water or hair care products. This can tarnish the metal, potentially damage the clay or make the crystals cloudy. Each piece comes with a custom bag and box to store it safely and preserve your pretty heirloom piece. Clay can chip or break if the petals are bent or a piece is dropped. We advise all clients to use clean fingers when touching flowers and pass that along to makeup artists as well. Foundation and other makeup products stain. Keep pieces away from hairspray, perfumes, and other mists/sprays.
Each Erin Rhyne piece is made to order. This results in small differences between pieces, even of the same design. If you have questions concerning a design, reach out to us at email@example.com we are happy to help!
If you need a piece quickly, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing. We can often accommodate rush orders with a rush fee and suggest rush shipping. We cannot guarantee orders will be received in time once they leave the studio, due to external factors and shipping companies. We are here to answer shipping questions, and encourage you to ask if you have concerns.
Each piece is made to order especially for you; we don’t keep a large stock of pre-made hairpieces. It will take 4-5 weeks for creation. Shipping time is not calculated in the production time. Once made, pieces ship UPS ground within the US and tracking is provided. International shipping is dependent on shipping address (please contact us to discuss shipping options outside of the USA). To ensure you receive your order before you need it, plan on purchasing early- 2 months ahead of time if you can. If you require your order in less than 6 weeks, we can often accommodate rush orders with an additional fee. Within the Continental USA, standard ground shipping with UPS is free.
International shipping is available upon request. Shipping costs, customs/duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot mark orders as gifts. Please contact us if you are from outside the USA to discuss shipping options.
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to issue returns/refunds. If a piece arrives to you damaged or you’ve received an incorrect shipment, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We care deeply about our customers, and always endeavor to provide excellent customer service and care. Cancellations can be made to orders within 48 hours of ordering.
